Description

Presented in partnership by the University of New Orleans Institute for Economic Development & Real Estate Research and the River Region Chamber of Commerce

The River Region Economic Outlook & Real Estate Forecast Seminar is a dynamic new addition to the University of New Orleans' esteemed series of regional forecast events, joining the long-standing New Orleans and Northshore seminars.

This first-ever River Region seminar, hosted in partnership with the River Region Chamber of Commerce, is designed to provide timely, data-driven insights into the economic and real estate landscape across St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, and St. James Parishes.

Held at the Lafon Performing Arts Center in Luling, the event will feature panel discussions led by experts in residential housing, workforce development, commercial real estate, civic leadership, and industrial growth—spotlighting the unique assets and opportunities that define the River Parishes.

This event is a direct reflection of the River Region Chamber's future-focused path, bringing together business leaders, elected officials, developers, and educators to support collaboration, informed decision-making, and sustainable growth across the River Region.
