The River Road Historical Society, operating as Destrehan Plantation, is excited to invite you to the 53rd Annual Fall Festival Fundraiser! This family-friendly event will be held on the beautiful grounds of Destrehan Plantation, located at 13034 River Road, Destrehan, Louisiana, on November 8-9, 2025. Visitors will enjoy a unique shopping experience with over 170 arts and crafts booths featuring talented vendors offering handcrafted items such as fine art, seasonal décor, pottery, desserts, spices, woodcrafts, jewelry, clothing, toys, candles, and home-grown plants. For antique lovers, our historic Mule Barn is a treasure trove, featuring distinctive pieces from antique dealers across Louisiana. Children will have a blast with pony rides, face painting, fall-themed arts and crafts, and the exciting bungee jump. Take a break and savor a variety of creole, cajun, and ethnic foods at our food court pavilion. Beverage options include sodas, water, beer, wine, and our signature Plantation Punch. Relax in the picnic area and enjoy live music performances throughout the weekend.
